Shipping Policy

We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery timeframes are between 3-10 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you via phone within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.

 

Orders are dispatched from our Westminster location within 2 business days where stock is available. Shipping times are estimated at between 3-7 business days depending on your location within Australia. Delivery time is subject to stock availability, this period may be extended by up to 30 days.

 

Please note; products will not be delivered to an unattended address. The courier requires a signature from an occupant at the specified delivery address. Therefore, we recommend a work address. If no one is available to sign for the parcel a card will be left and the parcel re-directed to the nearest Australia Post outlet. The customer is then responsible for collecting the parcel from that depot.

 

Australia Wide Delivery

furbabycafe.com.au currently only ships orders to mainland Australia and Tasmania. We calculate freight based on a standard charge (which differs by postcode) plus a charge based on the weight of the order.

 

Freight charges are payable in addition to the product price. All deliveries are made via our courier service provider – Australia Post

 

Below are a guideline of freight charges:

- Orders under 10 kg – $15 (including GST) Australia wide.

- Orders between 10 & 30 kg – $30 (including GST)

- Orders over 30kg – $90 (including GST)

However, on an order by order basis we will arrange the cheapest delivery method possible for you. Australia Post will be used under most circumstances, but if requested we can quote a courier option for any bulk items.

Damages

In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged please email us with photos where possible to woof@furbabycafe.com.au or call the store to discuss a replacement option.
